What are your store hours?
We're open Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM. During hunting season (September-November), hours may be extended — check our social media for updates.
Where are you located?
We're at 79 Boulevard de la Gappe, unit #4, Gatineau QC. We're easily accessible from Highway 50, with free parking in front of the store.
Can I buy online?
Not yet — our online store is coming soon! In the meantime, the site shows the real inventory of our Gatineau store, updated several times a day. You can check an item's availability, then call us at (819) 243-6665 to reserve it.
How do I reserve an item I saw on the site?
Call us at (819) 243-6665 with the product name (or its SKU number, shown on the product page) and we'll set it aside for you. You can also drop by the store — the inventory shown on the site reflects what's on the shelf.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and item in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are exchange only. Firearms, ammunition and personal hygiene items are non-refundable.
How do I make an exchange?
Just bring your receipt and the item in its original condition with tags attached. Our in-store team will be happy to help you find the right size or model.
Do you offer firearm fitting services?
Yes, we offer professional firearm fitting and scope mounting services. Our gunsmith can also perform minor repairs and maintenance. Book an appointment in-store or by phone at (819) 243-6665.
Do I need a license to purchase a firearm?
Yes, a valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is required for any firearm purchase in Canada. For restricted firearms, an RPAL is needed. We verify all licenses at the point of sale as required by law.
Can I order a product you don't have in stock?
Of course! We work with over 600 brands and can order most items on request. Contact us in-store or by phone with the product details and we'll give you a timeline and price.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer in-store gift cards in any denomination. It's the perfect gift for the outdoor enthusiast in your life! Gift cards have no expiration date.
