$199.99 CAD — Available in store
Fenwick HMG Bass series casting rod in 7'8", medium heavy power with a fast action. The HMG name (High Modulus Graphite) dates back to 1973, when Fenwick launched the very first all graphite fishing rod; the current series has been redesigned from top to bottom.
Features and benefits
• Blank made from a blend of 30 and 24 ton high modulus graphite, reinforced with a proprietary resin: good sensitivity and a crisp action
• Titanium guide frames with thin zirconia inserts: help the rod's balance
• Fenwick designed reel seat with a soft finish: sits naturally in the palm
• Shorter, more tapered foregrip: move your fingers up toward the blank to feel bites better
• Rounded rod butt: stays comfortable when braced against your body
