The Hawke Nature-Trek 8x42 binoculars (model 35102) pair 8x magnification and 42 mm objectives with a 388 ft at 1,000 yd field of view. Their full-size, top-hinge housing is made of polycarbonate, which takes knocks well while keeping weight down, and is wrapped in a non-slip green rubber coat. Inside are Hawke's System H2 optics. They are waterproof and fogproof, and focus down to 2 m (6.6 ft).
