Cannon Magnum 10 electric downrigger (1902305)
Cannon
$979.99 CAD — Available in store
The Cannon Magnum 10 is an electric downrigger for trolling. One flip of the switch brings the weight up on its own and stops it at the waterline, and the three-digit counter shows how deep the weight is at all times. The stainless steel telescopic boom extends from 24 to 53 in.
Features and benefits
• Auto Up: the weight comes back to the surface on its own after a flip of the switch
• Short Stop: stops the weight at the waterline, which reduces strain on the cable and keeps the weight from hitting the boom end or the hull
• Positive Ion Control (PIC): neutralizes the negative electrical field your boat's electronics create in the water, which Cannon says repels fish
• Fast retrieval: 250 ft per minute
• Removable side plate: direct access to the spool to change cable or clear a snag
