Outdoor Edge
$167.99 CAD — Available in store
The Outdoor Edge ErgoMax set brings together five game processing knives and a two-stage sharpener, all stored in a clear-lid case. Each blade has a profile suited to a specific step: quartering, boning, skinning or trimming.
Features and benefits
• Five blade profiles: every stage of the job has its own knife
• 5Cr15MoV steel with a black titanium coating: the coating reduces friction, fights corrosion and helps the edge last
• Full-tang, one-piece stainless steel blades: a single piece from tip to handle
• ErgoMax triple-injection TPR handles: non-slip grip, even with wet hands
• Two-stage sharpener, coarse carbide then fine ceramic: touch up the edge on the spot
• Clear-lid case: spot each knife at a glance
